The Settlement staff provide eligible clients with timely, useful and accurate information needed to make informed settlement decisions as well as ensuring that newcomers understand life in Canada including laws, rights, responsibilities and how to access community resources. These services are provided in-person, by phone, by e-mail or through this website and delivered either one-on-one, family or group sessions.
